Even though it’s tropical all year round in Singapore, the Easter festivities are a delightful reminder of spring. This year, celebrate with indulgent buffet spreads and beautiful desserts inspired by Easter bunnies, while you keep the little ones entertained with Easter egg hunts, face painting, and other fun activities.

ALLEY ON 25, ANDAZ SINGAPORE

Eggs take center stage at all-day dining restaurant Alley on 25’s Easter brunch buffet, with an array of Continental, Asian, and Western delights. Aside from fresh seafood on ice and cheese and charcuterie, the feast also features smoked salmon and spinach quiche, burgundy braised oxtail pie, and lobster and prawn mac and cheese. Meat lovers will enjoy the New Zealand coastal lamb chops, Great Southern pinnacle beef flank steak, and artisan butcher sausages, all expertly grilled over a charcoal grill.

For those who prefer Asian food, there’s a great selection, including wok-fired carrot cake and dim sum. Be spoilt for choice with five main courses, inclusive of the decadent Sarawak black pepper crab eggs benedict and classic Mexican breakfast quesadillas.

End the Easter feast on a sweet note with carrot cake, edible garden pots, ‘hot cross’ choux, and more. Children can look forward to face and egg painting activities, alongside playful creations from roving balloon artists.

Lion Brewery Co

For a laidback Easter Sunday, gather your loved ones at Lion Brewery Co for merrymaking over a buffet spread and kid-friendly activities on March 31. The menu includes four main courses, including country whole roasted chicken, Australian striploin, BBQ pork ribs, and turmeric roasted cauliflower.

On the side, a bountiful salad bar and a buffet line with seasonal buttered vegetables, classic roasted potatoes, mac and cheese, crispy fried onion rings, hot cross buns, and Yorkshire pudding, await.

Authentic Italian dishes by chefs Mauro Colagreco and Antonio Corsaro are the highlight of Fiamma’s Easter celebration, happening on March 31. Start your feast with unlimited servings of signature antipasti including freshly shucked oysters, char-grilled Boston lobsters, cold cuts, and fine cheeses. Then, savour a spread of crab tramezzini with caviar, cacio e pepe arancini, traditional Italian meatballs, slow-cooked eggs with black truffle, and wood-fired pizzas such as margherita, diavola, and tartufo.

Tuck into dishes prepared tableside, such as grilled Sanchoku wagyu beef tomahawk, the Easter edition of whole-baked New Zealand lamb, and lasagna di pasqua.

For sweet endings, there’s the classic Easter Neapolitan cake, along with unlimited servings of ice cream and sorbet from the gelato cart.

Launching on Easter Sunday but available every subsequent Saturday, Mosella’s A La Carte Style Brunch is influenced by Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Designed for convivial sharing , the menu features warm and cold appetisers, alongside signatures like the Gamba Roja al “Ajillo”, a flavourful dish of Mediterranean red prawn with garlic, chili, and smoked paprika, as well as Cochinillo, a crisp-skinned Spanish suckling pig accompanied by roasted apple purée.

Those who love variety will appreciate Kwee Zeen’s Easter buffet, a hearty spread of over 50 dishes. Begin with appetisers including smoked chicken and Granny Smith apple Waldorf salad, truffled deviled eggs with tobiko, and Heirloom tomato caprese with pesto. Seafood lovers are in for a treat with freshly shucked seasonal oysters, Canadian black shell mussels, Boston lobsters and chilled tiger prawns. There’ll also be a selection of caviar, ikura and tobiko to enjoy with blinis.

At the carving station, highlights include rosemary roasted Angus Beef prime rib, fennel and lemon-baked whole Norwegian salmon meuniere, and crispy crackling porchetta. The Easter edition of LAVO’s popular party brunch features salads, oven-baked pizzas, and a feast of fresh seafood on ice such as chunky poached lobsters and cocktail prawns. Make room for signature Italian American favourites like Mediterranean-style roasted seabass, rigatoni tomato basil and soulful chicken alla cacciatora, a mini version of “The Meatball” made with ground imperial wagyu, veal, and Italian sausage with fresh whipped ricotta.

Fuel up with champagne, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails, before sweetening the brunch affair with Easter-themed pastries, chocolates, and traditional hot cross buns. Look out for epic surprises and party with a live DJ, a champagne lady, dancers, and a saxophonist.

Celebrate Good Friday on March 29 with a four-course Fish Friday set menu featuring oysters prepared two ways, followed by a kingfish ceviche with nam jim, creamy avocado, and a topping of avruga caviar. For mains, guests can choose from an aged Tasmanian ocean trout, complemented by saffron barley risotto, mussel escabeche, confit tomato, and kombu oil, or local sea bass, served with celeriac puree, snow peas, asparagus, and lemon butter emulsion. Finally, desserts call for either the organic coffee and stout cappuccino or the tea tiramisu.

On March 30 and 31, the rooftop dining concept presents a special Easter roast for lunch, featuring a hearty 24-hour slow roasted lamb shoulder and rack. Accompanying the lamb are sides of gnocchi cooked with spent grain from LeVeL33’s own in-house microbrewery, as well as peas, asparagus, and confit tomato, served with lamb jus and gremolata. Diners can indulge in free-flow beverages, which include signature house-brewed beers, Prosecco, Prosecco Rosé, and exclusive to LeVeL33 house wines like Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and soft drinks.

The French bistro introduces a French twist to the dim sum trolley with a menu of sweet and savoury small plates, perfect for an Easter Sunday brunch. From the brunch cart comes classics like ham and brie sandwiches, marinated tomatoes and ricotta, mussels Normandy, and steak and eggs.

Highlights from chef Anthony Yeoh includes the new braised lamb shoulder dipper and the signature classic roast chicken. Keep an eye out for the delicious duck fat fries and duck fat potato pavés, which are presented in a one-of-its-kind French Fry Trolley.

Meanwhile, desserts includes freshly baked peach galettes, chocolate stout cake floating in a cloud of boozy Bailey’s whipped cream and more. Children under 12 can enjoy a kids’ menu featuring bacon and mushroom alfredo pasta, popcorn chicken, unlimited fries, and a DIY snow cone bar where they can drizzle their favourite toppings over bowls of shaved ice.
