No request is too big.
Budgets and itineraries — which can be customised — must be confirmed with the crew before travel. Among the most challenging requests, we arranged a trip on our largest superyacht with luxury accommodations and land transfers in Bintan within 24 hours.
To tip or not to tip?
In Singapore, the average tip for the skipper and crew is S$50, though generous clients tip S$50 per crew member. Superyacht crews are accustomed to receiving tips in USD, starting at US$50 per member. At the end of the charter, tips are usually handed to the captain to be divided among the team.

When the customer isn’t right.
All behaviour that might endanger the safety of guests or the yacht — such as jumping off the boat while it’s still cruising or being anchored or not listening to the crew when playing with water toys — is discouraged. Even the best swimmers can be overwhelmed by strong currents.
Buoys and toys.
There are only a few yachts with a giant slide that can be set up on the deck, and while guests love jet skis with towables, they can’t pilot them without a Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL). Taking the vendor’s competency course is also required before self-driving. Sea-bobs, hydrofoils, eFoils, and Jetsurf boards are other add-ons to consider. For large groups, kayak tours can be arranged.
