Swinging for Charity
A few months ago, the Jazz Association (JASS) Benefit Gala 2022 raised over $700,000 for its mission to transform Singapore into a vibrant global city of jazz. Over 500 guests, including sponsors, donors and supporters, turned up at Shangri-La Singapore in their jazziest best to enjoy a specially curated dinner and performances by jazz and pop singers Nathan Hartono and Joanna Dong, supported by living jazz legend Jeremy Monteiro and the JASS Singapore orchestra. The association will use the funds to continue strengthening its community outreach and developing young jazz talent.
