Night Of Passion

With A Night in Venice, Food from the Heart (FFTH) celebrated its 21st anniversary and the return of the Passion Ball for the first time since 2019. Graced by Italian Ambassador Dante Brandi and his wife Chiara Chiapponi, it was held at The St. Regis Singapore’s John Jacob Ballroom and anchored by presenting sponsor Audemars Piguet, a steadfast supporter of FFTH since 2012, and angel donors City Developments Limited and Images in Motion. A tapestry of Venetian history, glamour, and mystique was woven into the evening with meticulous attention to detail, from masquerade masks to celebrated Italian tenor Maurizio Tassani’s captivating performance. Guests enjoyed a Venetian-themed menu specially curated by the hotel’s executive chef. A live auction raised $1.5 million, which will. help FFTH’s goal to end hunger by providing dependable, consistent, and sustainable food support to those who are less fortunate. One of its programmes include food distribution.

Art Of Fusion

Known for its innovative designs, avant-garde materials, and unique approach to watchmaking, Hublot is proud to be the first watch to use a natural rubber strap that fits any wearer’s wrist and is weightless and comfortable. The strap both contrasts and complements the dials. It hosted a champagne party at its ION Orchard boutique to showcase its newest novelties, which had just arrived from Watches and Wonders Geneva 2024. A limited-edition etched aluminium water bottle was presented to each guest.

Artistic Afternoon

German luxury brand Aigner took inspiration from the late 19th century movement Arts and Crafts for its spring/summer 2024 collection. That historical era had a strong focus on craftsmanship and high-quality materials of sustainable origin, traits that have been thrown once again into sharp focus during this period as the world grapples with climate change. Guests enjoyed an afternoon of champagne and macaroons at Aigner’s Paragon Boutique, while enjoying the styling workshop conducted by Josiah Chua. Aigner’s senior sales manager for the Far East, Julia Schloderer, hosted the event.
