Time & Tide

On a Thursday evening in August, friends of a+ stopped by Tudor Boutique by Emperor Watch at Wisma Atria to check out the Black Bay 54 “Lagoon Blue” timepiece for the first time. In addition to its 200-m water resistance and COSC-certified movement, it also has a blue dial with a sandy texture, making everyone wish they were on a beach vacation again.

Major League

Vanta (opening in MacDonald House in Q1 2026) is more than a private club; it is a space for conversation, connection, and creativity. As the organisation advocates, membership provides access to personalities, experiences, and opportunities for shaping the world. The exclusive showcase—“Vanta: The Art Of Time”—gave guests a sneak preview of its posh interiors and upcoming programmes. With Michelin-starred Alvin Leung on board as consultant chef, the tasty bites had everyone tucking in happily.

A World Of Good

In August, TwinkleKidz, a local infant and preschool specialist, brought together children from its Siglap and Changi centres for the Little Towkay Project. By selling lemongrass drinks and traditional snacks, the youngsters raised funds for NTUC Health Nursing Home (Chai Chee). It is part of the Start Small Dream Big initiative by the Early Childhood Development Agency, which gives students practical experience in entrepreneurship and community service.
