If anyone understands the importance of good timing, it’s Jungkook. From stadium stages to global charts, the BTS superstar has built a career on precision and presence, so it feels fitting that Hublot has named him its new Global Ambassador.
The partnership, unveiled in Seoul, marks a strategic move for Hublot. Since its founding philosophy of “fusion” in 1980, first expressed through the unconventional pairing of gold and rubber, the brand has positioned itself at the intersection of innovation.
The launch of the Big Bang in 2005 further cemented that reputation, introducing a bold, architectural design language that challenged industry norms. In January 2026, Hublot revisited that legacy with the reinvention of the Big Bang Original Unico, powered by its in-house Unico chronograph movement.

Jungkook’s association with the brand builds on a previous global moment. In 2022, he performed “Dreamers” at the Fifa World Cup opening ceremony, where Hublot served as Official Timekeeper.
“Performing Dreamers at the Fifa World Cup in 2022, with Hublot as Official Timekeeper of the competition, was a moment where time and music felt connected. Now, collaborating with Hublot feels like that moment coming full circle. I’ve always admired the brand’s confidence, its craftsmanship, its way of creating its own path,” Jungkook says.
Since debuting in 2013 as a member of BTS, Jungkook has expanded his artistic footprint globally, building a solo career defined by genre fluidity. His evolution mirrors Hublot’s emphasis on reinvention.
“Jungkook is one of the most influential artists of his generation. His precision, his passion and his willingness to push boundaries reflect the very spirit of Hublot,” said Julien Tornare, Hublot CEO.
“Just as we continuously rethink, refine and re-engineer our creations, from the fusion of materials to the mastery of our in-house movements, Jungkook carries the spirit of evolution, always transforming, always original. We are honoured to welcome him into the Hublot family.”
Central to this new chapter is the Big Bang Original Unico. Originally launched as a disruptive force in 2005, the Big Bang reshaped modern sports watch design. The 2026 iteration returns to the collection’s foundational codes while integrating two decades of technical advancement.
The watch’s layered construction and visible mechanics reflect the brand’s emphasis on depth beyond surface aesthetics, an idea Hublot has consistently tied to its manufacture expertise and in-house movement development. In positioning the Big Bang Original Unico alongside Jungkook, Hublot frames the timepiece not as a symbolic accessory, but as a reflection of ongoing evolution.
