Nature provided our favourite jewellery houses with a wealth of inspiration this season. And what a stunning crop this has yielded. Go on, admire all the fabulous flora and fauna.
CHANEL

A single feather flew alongside the stars, suns, and bows that would later become house signatures when Gabrielle Chanel introduced Bijoux de Diamants in 1932. Chanel revisits that ethereal motif with Plume de Chanel, a collection of six exquisitely crafted sets. From the base to its tip, the feather’s form evolves, becoming lighter and more fluid while maintaining its signature fluidity. A delicate gradient of white and pink gemstones—diamonds, pink sapphires, and tourmalines—adds softness and depth, with each hue accentuating the feather’s curvilinear form.

BOUCHERON

In Frédéric Boucheron’s eyes, nature was never simply a muse, but a wild, untethered force. With Untamed Nature, Creative Director Claire Choisne lets flora and fauna do more than inspire; they invade. Her 28 creations blur the line between jewel and wearer, with masterfully set brooches that shapeshift. A rhinoceros beetle, bumble bee, and stag beetle morph into rings, while a luminous mother-of-pearl moth flutters between being a brooch and a hair jewel. Elsewhere, vines and blooms creep up shoulders like twinkling epaulettes or curl around the ear to graze the hairline, transforming into exquisite headpieces.

LOUIS VUITTON

Louis Vuitton moves boldly into uncharted territory with the second chapter of Awakened Hands, Awakened Minds. The stunning 50-piece collection celebrates 19th-century French craftwork and innovation. Combining platinum, yellow gold, and diamonds to reflect the brilliance of the era, its star attraction is the Vision necklace, inspired by the mechanisation of railways. The alternating diamond baguettes and yellow-gold triangles form a dynamic grid, while reworked rivets and geometric designs reflect the advancements of the time. In the centre, a 50.01-ct yellow sapphire sparkles with the sun’s radiance, while a 3.07-ct LV Monogram Star-cut diamond creates a distinctive sense of modern luxury.

BVLGARI

Bvlgari’s majestic Serpenti is a perfect example of the serpent’s allure. As a symbol of power and transformation, snakes have fascinated cultures for centuries, and Bvlgari has reflected their ever-evolving form in its collection since 1948. A jaw-dropping 140.53-ct rubellite, the rarest gem in the tourmaline family, anchors the Serpenti Rubellite Crown necklace. The largest-ever set in a Serpenti creation, it dangles alluringly like a juicy fruit. In this first Serpenti chain sautoir, a delicate pave-set prong suspends the gem from an elegant chain of onyx inserts, buff-top emeralds, and sparkling diamonds.

DIOR

Floral fantasy meets lace-like delicacy in the new Dior Milly Dentelle collection, where gold shimmers like guipure and gemstones glow like scattered petals. These 76 exquisite pieces embody Dior’s iconic femininity—timeless yet daring, intricate, and bold. The brilliance of white, yellow, and pink gold, alongside diamonds, rubies, tourmalines, sapphires, and delicate pearls, creates a hypnotic dance of light and allure.

CHAUMET

Chaumet turns its attention to bamboo, a rare presence in its archives. An enduring symbol signifying integrity in China and prosperity in Japan, this hardy, noble plant now takes centre stage in a 10-piece parure. Three statement rings that caught our attention share a bold gem pairing but differ in execution. A 7.24-ct cushion-cut tsavorite crowns one of them, while another reimagines the toi et moi style with a crystalline garnet mirroring the shifting hues of black opal. The third’s elongated, sleek form gracefully wraps around the finger.
