Inspired by the British Racing Green paint hue, Girard-Perregaux’s latest collaboration with Aston Martin is dressed in green. The Laureato Green Ceramic Aston Martin Edition is the first Laureato featuring a green ceramic case and bracelet.
The two brands premiered their first collaboration in 2021. For this new and fourth collaboration, Girard-Perregaux decided to reinterpret its iconic house model, the Laureato. First conceived in the mid-1970s as a quartz-powered chronometer watch, Girard-Perregaux’s Laureato has evolved into a sophisticated collection.
The new Laureato Green Ceramic Aston Martin Edition is offered in 38mm or 42mm, each featuring a dial with a crosshatch motif that evokes the diamond-like pattern found on the “AM” logo and the quilted seats in some of Aston Martin’s high-performance vehicles.
The rest of the distinctive features, including the barrel-shaped case with brushed surfaces, polished accents, raised octagonal bezel, and an integrated bracelet, are quintessentially Laureato.
