For over two decades, Blancpain has been commemorating the significance of Valentine’s Day with its collection of evocative timepieces. The Ladybird Colors, a recent jewel in its ladies’ collection, is this year’s muse with a vibrant red scheme.
A lustrous dial crafted from an unusual variety of mother-of-pearl commands centre stage. Its crimson Roman numerals have been enhanced through a painstaking five-step colour application process.

At the 6 o’clock position, a heart embellished with diamonds captivates, while Cupid’s arrow gracefully adorns the seconds hand, adding an enchanting touch to the romantic mood. Breguet’s Valentine’s Day Edition Reine de Naples 8925 continues the theme of brilliance and scarlet accents.
The flange is adorned with 66 hand-set rubies, complemented by a diamond-set bezel and a crown with a cabochon-cut ruby. Discreet red hearts mark the hours on an offset chapter ring, while a striking red alligator leather strap completes the design, seamlessly intertwining elegance and romance.

In its latest incarnation, Chopard’s Happy Sport Oval transforms from a symbol of independence and contemporary elegance into a captivating love talisman. Featuring a red dial and strap, it boasts an oval case crafted from Lucent Steel and ethically sourced rose gold.

The dial comes to life with an enchanting dance of the iconic moving diamonds, rendering this timepiece a symbol of equal parts modernity and affection. Finally, Harry Winston sets hearts aflutter with the Premier Valentine’s Day Automatic 36mm, limited to just 14 pieces.
The dial is a symphony of hearts—set with diamonds, inlaid with mother-of-pearl, and cut out from the opaline dial—combined with a burst of fireworks. The unique design showcases off-centred hours and minutes with gold hands and a significant emerald-cut diamond at noon, a nod to Mr Harry Winston’s beloved gemstone cut.
