Maduro’s Peter Ng hosted the latest Secret Sessions, an a+ signature event, inviting friends of a+ to the intimate jazz lounge, bar, and cigar club at Sofitel, Sentosa, and making them feel right at home with sumptuous canapés and drinks. The former jazz pianist turned real estate mogul even dazzled guests by playing several numbers from popular musicals on the piano. As part of the evening, guests enjoyed a whisky masterclass conducted by Glenturret’s brand ambassador Leo Chue and Champagne Pommery throughout.

The inaugural 360 Lifestyle Solutions forum, organised by GalUP SG, aimed to empower women through legal, financial, and psychological education and support. GalUP offers women a safe, supportive, and positive environment for meeting and discussing a wide range of topics. In a novel speed dating format, where panellists moved from table to table and answered attendees’ questions, Jacqueline Chua, psychologist Dr Perpetua Neo, and financial advisor Rosalind Howe shared their expertise with attendees at Cicheti, a casual Italian eatery.
On Cloud Nine
The Pan Pacific Orchard hosted a spectacular event in its Claymore Ballroom and open-air garden to celebrate its first anniversary. More than 400 dignitaries, C-suite executives, media personalities, and esteemed clients attended the celebration themed “Cloud Expression”. It was a party to remember as guests were wowed by the atmosphere of “beautiful clouds”, replete with a multitude of white balloons, a sumptuous spread of food and drinks throughout the evening, live entertainment, and energetic tunes by DJ Aldrin that kept the dance floor buzzing.
