It won’t be Paris Fashion Week without Hermès. The storied maison will be presenting its autumn/winter 2023 menswear collection on the second-to-last day of the show season.
The spring/summer 2023 menswear runway show featured a bevy of lightweight layering punctuated by bright colours and abstract prints of sea creatures. We’re guessing that the autumn/winter 2023 iteration could perhaps explore print abstractions in different forms and possibly set against a more muted palette, given the season.
It would be especially interesting to see newer interpretations of Hermès classics—the HAC being such an instrumental part of the men’s universe—rendered in more contemporary propositions.
But what we can always be sure of is the steely focus on artisan craftsmanship that the maison is known for across all its offerings.
