Japanese beauty brand mtm labo is best known for its potent custom-blended skincare customised in in-store laboratories to address unique concerns. As part of its expansion efforts, the Singapore franchise now offers wellness treatments using a high-powered machine.
By delivering targeted therapy to the abdomen during your facial treatment, AI.Vita enhances the wellness experience. This results in maximum comfort and effectiveness, explains Kelly Keak, managing director of mtm labo Singapore.
Among AI.Vita’s key features is electro muscle stimulation, which tones muscles and detoxifies the body, easing your aches and pains. In addition, nano red light phototherapy enhances metabolic function and blood circulation, allowing for a more balanced cellular environment. Thermal conduction via Super-Polar Radio Frequency can also promote collagen reconstruction and skin renewal. “Together, these treatments provide a holistic approach to wellness,” says Keak, whose mother Dr Susan Teng brought the brand to our shores in 2003. Keak took over the reins in 2017.
In her opinion, mtm labo Singapore stands out from competition through tailoring skincare and wellness solutions to each individual, and using quality ingredients and processes. “Our meticulous curation of premium botanical extracts and adherence to rigorous Japanese safety standards ensure the most useful treatments available,” says Keak.
An AI.Vita treatment costs $240 for a 30-minute session and $312 for 45 minutes. With AI technology, you can see pictures of yourself before and after each session to track the changes over time. It only takes one session to raise the abdominal area’s temperature, which also helps ease conditions like menstrual cramps.
mtm labo Singapore has several wellness-related plans in the pipeline, including a joint yoga event with two other brands. “Guests will be pampered by both beauty and F&B treats for total wellness,” adds Keak.
